Where is Epic Arts legally based?

Epic Arts is operationally run by Epic Arts Sp. z o.o. — a Polish company based in Wrocław. Poland is an EU member state, which means we are fully subject to GDPR (Art. 3 para. 1).

What does your data infrastructure look like?

• EU servers: Our standard infrastructure runs in European data centers (no US transfer for standard projects).
• Data Processing Agreement (DPA): We sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR with every client.
• On-premise / EU cloud on request: For highly sensitive projects, we host LLM workflows on-premise at the client or on European cloud infrastructure (Hetzner, IONOS, STACKIT).

Which AI models do you use?

We evaluate and select the best solution per use case — from OpenAI (Azure EU) to Anthropic (AWS EU) to open-source models (Mistral, Llama) on our own infrastructure when compliance requires it.
