These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of epicarts.ai and any services provided by Epic Arts ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Epic Arts is a done-for-you agency. We design, build, integrate, and manage custom AI agents on your behalf. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are set out in your individual service agreement or proposal.
We work hard to deliver outcomes and stand behind our build-to-results promise. However, any figures or examples on this website are illustrative. We do not guarantee specific revenue, savings, bookings, or other results, which depend on your offer, market, and effort.
Build fees and monthly retainers are described in your agreement. Fees are in U.S. dollars and due as invoiced. Recurring services continue until cancelled per your agreement.
We retain ownership of our methods, templates, and underlying systems. You own your data and your brand assets. You receive a license to use the agent we build for you for as long as your engagement is active.
Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to deliver or receive the services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epic Arts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Either party may end the engagement per the notice terms in your agreement. Fees for work already performed remain due.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
